The Ocean Ridge Mens Golf Association (ORMGA) was established to encourage enjoyment of the game of golf and to familiarize players with the rules, good sportsmanship and etiquette of the game. ORMGA manages golf events for members weekly on Monday and Wednesday and also conducts monthly Tournaments. All signups are on-line using this WEB site (www.ormga.net.) Please review other ORMGA information contained on this site to learn more about ORMGA’s by-laws and policies.
To join ORMGA you must - 1) be an Ocean Ridge property owner; 2) pay an annual competition fee to ORMGA; and 3) pay an annual fee to Ocean Ridge Plantation Golf (ORPG) to use their handicap system. Please complete the form below and click on “submit”. Provide your payments as outlined. Once registered, paid and approved you will receive a welcome email notice.
ORMGA Registration. The annual dues are $35 which includes "hole-in-one (HIO) insurance". The dues cover January 1 through December 31 and are not prorated. Select your Ocean Ridge Plantation Golf (ORPG) membership status using the drop down menu. Member status of “B” or “C” is designated as an alternate for Monday, Wednesday, and Tournament events. These members will play on a space available basis once members with status of “A” have been accommodated.
A = Initiated member of ORPG & current annual dues paid
B = Initiated member of ORPG & has not paid current annual dues (currently suspended) or has yet to begin an annual program
C = Not an Initiated member of ORPG, but is an Ocean Ridge property owner
ORMGA Members play from either the white (regular) or the gold (senior) tees. The default tee selection for any course at registration is "white". Check the box(es) for any course(s) that you wish to play from the "gold" tees. Once selected these tee choices can only be changed twice a year on April 1st and November 1st.
